Get personalized recommendations based on your recent listening history. You can click on rhapsody channels and listen to different genres of music or download music at the cost of a memebership fee.


3. You can click on a radio channel and listen to a different type of music or on radio channels, it's up to you. You are able to skip songs to a certain extent along with complete control over the genre.


4. The website does make money. They use advertising anywhere from hair products and concerts to liquor and clothing. They are not just advertising just on the site. You can buy music directly from the site with a membership but can also add music to facebook and myspace. There is a free subscription service for 25 free songs a month or subscription service free for 12.99 a month or 14.99 a month.
5. All of the music offered is common music that most people have heard of. They offer celebrity playlists along with celebrity picks and single artists mixes.

6. You can watch music videos and search for new featured albums. You can watch CMT videos. they have a rhapsody blog and offer free weekly mp3s. They have articles about recently new artists.

All I have to say about Rhapsody is that it is probably my least favorite of all of the radio sites I've tried. I tried it before, gave it a second chance recently but it still offers the same as far as content. I don't listen to hardly any music that is played on MTV or on regular radio stations, so this site just didn't go with my musical tastes.

I used to use Rhapsody, it was pretty cool because I found a way to con it into giving me unlimited plays for free :-)

i never heard of Rhapsody till theis calss. I never tried it before, untill recently and it offers the same as far as content as other redio websits. I dont listen to music on the computer besides yahoo which is my favorit and i think its going to be that way for a long time. this site is good but im a yahoo girl.
